Here are some photos from the fashion show held at "INDEXX" Boutique on Lankershim and Magnolia in NoHo In which I worked as a makeup artist. It was honestly stressful, but SO MUCH FUCKING FUN! I can't wait for the next one. This is the FIRST fashion show where I actually worked behind the scenes instead of being one of the girls walking. I think I like behind the scenes better. The stress of organizing to get a huge event prepped and ready for is always exciting. Some of these photos include our crew: from designers, hair stylists, me as the MUA, wardrobe stylists, event planners, directors, etc. A very close friend of mine, Mirage actually just had a baby but as you can see she's back to work doing hair! Another very close friend of mine, whom used to be like my bff is an aspiring photographer and she took the snaps, and my other old bestie of 5yrs, Ingrid is actually an aspiring designer as well and she put together and organized the show. I got great feedback for my makeup work, and they got very good feedback for the show as a whole! Amazing. These pictures dont even compare to what was in person, but it gives you some insight. They wanted natural looking makeup for the models, not the Bold looks that I love to do. Next Time! But,We worked our asses off and thought it would be a failure the way some things were going, but at the end of the day, so many people attended and LOVED IT! Watch out for us! This is only the beginning...
