wayne is banned from signing autographs in prison. Not like he would anyway. Wayne has become so "cocky" in a sense that I've seen and heard a lot of stories regarding how he doesn't really sign autographs anyway. Asking for his autograph is like a way of annoying" him. He'll walk right past you. So, they're not doing anything "major" by banning that. LOL
